See, there is actually nothing wrong with your pictures, but cutting them correctly to have balanced view is mandatory to attrackt customers. I think you should reconsider your banner as well. Actually one again, the banner/log is ok, but positioning this with mulispectral colours in center of your pictures is really a "no-go". You distract from the most important: the miniature. Posting this on a miniature i really like. Althought the skirt is a little flat in contrast (maybe to many light from different directions?), I like the face and the hair. The skin tone fits to the type of miniature as well. Would' have given an clear 8, but the upper issues pull that all down.
