Nice Idea but there are several areas where your painting could be improved:
1. Use more shading to emphasise the contrast between the recesses and the raised areas.
2. Highlights need to be much more crisp and keep to the edges of the armour plates! Try practicing painting very thin and even lines on a piece of paper to improve your brush control and then take your time when applying highlights to the miniature.
3. Drill your gun barrels
4. Make sure you apply an even couple of (thin) layers of paint for good coverage (you can see the undercoat on the base!)
5. Remove the mold lines from the mini before you begin painting - they look very obvious once there is paint on the mini and ruin the continuity of the armour plates.
6. Fill the gaps with green stuff/milliput after you've glued a mini together (you can see the wolf's head/shoulder joint).
7. Keep practicing!
