Your backpack has a nasty flash... I would say paint the melta-barrel metal, the gun itself black, and the tabbard completely red. Backapck should have red details, like the two ventilator should be red. Also, some shading would be nice. Flesh wash does wonder here.
I think the easiest way to improve this particular model is to use an ink to shade the metal areas - they look pretty flat. I guess the base isn't finished... Also, while yellow is a very tradition blood angel kinda colour, it doesn't work so well with the gold (and seems to be the same colour as his hair :) ). Good idea with the pile of bodies, but I think it could be tidier - the winged areas on the main model do show that you can paint neatly.
