nice work man, you are certainly improving, keep pushing your painting lvl, learning new techniques and your on the right track.
for this guy, you could focus on the blends on the cloak. making them smoother and adding more shade over larger areas. the face is nice as real, where as the cloak and scrole have thick line highlights which ruin the blend and make the model look very cartoony.
on the right track, in america this would have won youngbloods. pce
