Space Wolves Battle Leader - Silver 40K Single GDUK'10
This is the latest project I've been working on, a Space Wolf Wolf Guard Battle Leader. It was my only entry into GDUK competition this year. This took Silver in the 40K Single category, which I am really, really pleased with. He is a conversion from Kor'Sarro, the White Scars character miniature. I've uploaded some shots of him before he was painted so you can see the conversion work. Here is the link [URL]http://coolminiornot.com/260753[/URL] I took inspiration for the base from GiganticDark's amazing large scale Ultramarine in last year's GD competition and I tried to achieve a similar colour to David Rodríguez's Carnifex (which has got to be my favourite Tyranid paint job :)) for the dead nids on the base.
