Space marine Terminator Chaplain
Ok guys here is my entry for uk golden demon 40k single mini. I didnt make it past the first cut. There has been alot said about the judging on the day, i myself know for sure that my mini was not looked at. i dont know if it was my painting style or what but I think its only fair that judges look at all entrys considering how much time and effort people put into painting there entrys for gd and i know im not alone in my opinion. The judges seamed to pick and choose what minis they wanted to look at insted of viewing all entrys, the word overlooked has been said alot by many people. However i can apriciate that judging so many models must be a hard task in itself. It has been a dream of mine for many many years like many of you to win an award in this contest or even make the final cut. I feel my entry was above the standard of some of the minis that made it past the first cut, not to discredit anyone you all deserved your places after all you minis were judged. I was not the only one to have this happen. It is not my intention to offend anyone! congrats to Kai your logan grimnar mini is amazing and well deserved gold. I will be back next year with a stronger entry and hope the judges resolve the problems. after all isnt golden demon ment to be about the hobby and hobbyists. Anyway enough who har here is my Terminator chaplain. I spent 20 or more hours on planing and converting and around 80-90 hours painting i think i lost count. I am very pleased with how it turned out i think its my best work. hope you like it.The pics arnt great as usual. Thanks for looking. bd pete.
