you are both right,its part snow speeder,part U.S. marine LAV.The missles are from a whirlwind.I was inspired by the Gun Cutter in the "Eisenhorn" novels.

go on then ill bite the base is a starwars snow speeder, the missiles a dready arms not sure about the middle bit could be an apc
