This is one of my all time favourite minis, I just couldn't resist trying to paint it. Not the greatest paint job in the world, but I'm fairly happy.
Any feedback or advice is welcome.
I love Skarsnik's skintones. Especially the face contrasts nicely with the dark purple cloak pulling me in to look at him. Gobbla is again too dark for my taste, which is kinda sad as you put in a whole lot of detail in (the scales!). A few highlights could make him stand out a bit more (though this is more of a taste thing, I guess)
The one thing I really don't like about this paintjob is the top of Skarsniks staff - it's nowhere near the quality of the rest of the miniature.
