Orc General on Boar (Base Unfinished).

Comments more than welcome. Please note that the base is unfinished (I haven't decided how to treat it yet). Also, this is the first mini I have painted without using any drybrushing on the Orc (I did use it for the boar).

This was a scanner pic. Back when I painted this it was all I had. I finally posted that Giant, but I got a horrible pic http://www.coolminiornot.com/127703 I had planned on touching up this guy based on suggestions, but have to many unpainted minis I should get done first.

Looks like a scanner pic, which is unfortunate, but we work with what we've got sometimes. Anyway, the skin is very smooth and well shaded. I wish I could see the sword better, but what I can see looks great. Also like the tusks. I suggest you deepen the shadowing on the metallics, and you might consider a brown ink to create the look of rust.

Looks great! A very clean paint job. I gave him an eight. Just looking forward to seeing your giant posted coz I'm about to start painting him also so hopefully it will give me some good ideas!
