Looks great! Only the buildings and the plane look a bit to clean. I bit of texture or weathering would have been nice. But the overall look of the complete scene is AWESOME! :) 10 Points from me!

I'd give a 8.5. The scenery is very nice and rich with detail. But the painting seems a bit too sterile and clean. But good work though!
