The let down for me here is the wings... No they're not overdone and definitely not bad, they're just not suitable for a daemon and seem more like freehand work belonging to a tank. The head as well, it just seems from the angles I can see it from that the head is a little wrong on that model, I think the head as shown on the box cover may have been better. But talent is not far when you can do stuff like this, keep it up!
