Nicely done, lacking contrast if you ask me (greyish green skin + 'grey' silver metalics (even if rusted) doesn't help)

Do you mean that the highlight on the metallic is to strong? and that I should have done at least a midtone highligt to avoid that it got so hard contrast between the basetone and the highligt (metallic)?

Well....i think the skin is pretty well, althouh tere are many other details that are losing the look of the skin. i know an ork must be dirty but you need to keep the smoothness of the metallics.
