I think it's high-quality table-top level. :-)
The bases are good and painting is fairly neat. I think you could make them look tons better by doing a final highlight around the edges of the armour (just a line) and by taking a bit more care drybrushing the highlights onto those textures tube-things. An extra 10 minutes on each model maybe and it would make them look tons better.
