Thanks ) Like i said, its my 1st ork, so i wasnt sure about how much i must highlight its flesh. I will try to fix it up ))

A 4.1 is waaaay too low for this. Sure, you could highlight the flesh more, but the battle damage and neatness of the paintjob is really good. I'd rate this between a 6.5 or so myself :)
