Drys, Elven Dryad - God of War style
Hi folks, here I present to you my very first Reaper miniature. She's been a pain to paint (sounds like a bad pun), although I quite enjoyed her tattoo. It was done for a local painting competition - and I took some liberties in "converting" her. Usually she'd have a branch at the back of the tree she's siiting on, but I didn't like it, so I turned its socket into a bird's nest. I imagined she was a guardian spirit keeping watch over her forest during its icy sleep, and she just woke up to avenge what humans had done to one of her brothers - thus the still blistering tree... Which is, by the way, the branch I've talked about earlier. ^^ Hope you like it and C&C appreciated.
