Very nice paintjob. The way I think you can improve your painting is by thinnking your paints down a little (wipe your brush a bit before applying it on to the mini or it will flood with colour) and doing smoother highlights (you can do this by mixing a highlight colour little by litttle and leaving only a little bit of the darker colour behind. Don't feel that you have to see each and every step you make)
