We need more than one angle to judge this mini; this angle hides the hair. Things to work on are highlighting, blending different shades instead of painting with flat color, and more variation in the skin tones. That said, the brushwork is good, I see no blatant errors, and the painting shows signs of unused skill just trying to express itself.
