Demon Prince conversion-Running man

Hello :D first big conversion! -make the plastic demon prince kit, then used parts leftover + GS to make the rest -Repositioned arms to look running, then sculpted everything from waist down. -base was frist attempt at water, and a splash comeing from his foot on the ground!

yeayea, i know :P i was in such a rush to get it painted right after i sculpted it, im going back to try blending:D

Nice musculature! Have you tried washes for shading the armor? It might help, or trying blending for the transition from red to black.
