Your paint looks very thick, specifically on the cloth areas. Try watering it down on a pallette before putting it on your brush. The paint should be milky consistancy. You could also benefit by using a really really small brush for details. You did a great job on the eye so I am sure you can do details accurately. Also touch up spots where the colors have spread to other areas.
