Eldar Exarch Ley'a based on Lelith Hesperax

Lelith Hesperax was a Christmas present and I tried to make her fit into my Craftworld Eldar army. I resculpeted her chest and legs and added gems instead of hooks to her hair. Now she is a Howling Banshee Exarch with Executioner, albeit a naughty one.
