Converted Games-workshop Necron "Nightbringer" modified to be a Chaos Space Marine Demon Prince (of Nurgle obviously). He represents the Death guards former apothecary "Brother Faustus" who originally began to graft the chapters flesh to their armor during their time in the warp.
