Like it? It's awesome! By adding that great tattoo and very realistic stubble, you achieved something I'd have assumed to be impossible, you made that hideous scout head worth looking at, kudos!
Also the weathering on the scabbard is a highlight for me. Only weak spot imho the hair, but knowing that the sculpt is quite flat I can picture it's hard to paint.
