Very good for a first painting attempt! Don't be daunted by an average score, most of the models, and therefore standard of models, on this site, are done by painters of years and years of experience!
Sure you will learn more as you continue the hobby.
Some tips for now, the armor looks a bit flat, normally I'd suggest a wash but it's already quite dark. Maybe try highlighting (drybrushing is a good beginner technique to try) with a lighter colour.
