I think that you overdid the effect a bit. There is just too much light getting to the actual "ninja" - the effect should be more subtle. It seems that you also added the effect to areas that should be darker in some instances - example - I think that his left arm should have shaded areas on the top of the sleeve - there is way too much light there. Same with helmet - you used the same color for light and highlights. Way too much. However the workmanship is very good - no complaints on the blending at all.
