I agree with the eyes and rectified them with a subtle orange highlight, and muted red, they look better now.

Very nice, I´ve got those as well but have not painted them up yet. I really like the naturalistic colors you have chosen, the grey cloaks are fine - black and grey have always been hard for me. What I do not really like are the eyes, I know goblins unusally habe red eyes but as deep as they are inside those masks they really should stay black - the look like huge red gemstones here.
