Simply awesome! What particularly makes this a 10 in my eyes is the basing, the snow effect, and the blood on the sword. I've noticed a lot of beautifully painted miniatures on the site that don't quite nail the "snowy" look. You certainly do in stunning fashion. The basing also perfectly adds to the scene and tells a great story to complement the look on the face. The blood effect is simple, but the drip gives it that dose of "reality" to really add to the artistic effect. And on top of that all, the rest of the colors are just so clean and crisp. That armor SHINES. And I love the sword too. It's really fantastic. The only possible "question mark" in my mind is found on his torso above his right hip plate (inside the crook of his sword-wielding right arm). The shading etc. just disappears into the shadows, which may be the effect you were seeking. However, to me, it looks perhaps somewhat less complete than the other areas? The armor shines so well everywhere else, even on the square plates next to it, yet the center mass of the plates in that area look surprisingly dark to me. Could just be the light.
Either way, my new favorite mini on the site!
