Very interesting, backwards leman russ, multilaser on top, two burst cannons(heavy bolters?, assault cannons?). Is that supposed to be an inquisitorial marine? On the painting side highlights are a bit stark but the weathering isnt bad. That ork has a mean glower despite being disembodied :P a pretty good conversion I rekon.
