I like him! I'm starting a Cygnar army myself and I like what you've done here. I think his metals could use a bit more variety and/or weathering. Maybe use multiple shades of silver or golds to make his bolts stand out a bit more. I'm also a big fan of battle damage, but I'm awful at it, so I can't provide many tips on how to do it! Good stuff!
