Much more likely it's because this is only one firgure that is part of either a whole unit or perhaps an entire army The picture on this make s it very hard to rate, you can't see the minis face, nor the basing. I'm going with a 5 but it could be a 6 if you could see more.
Why does a 4.9 rated figure earn $122? Because it's not a 4.9 rated figure - it's a 6 because there is some lovely but imperfect freehand work on the shield.... :D
