everyone loves Ultramarines lol
This is my attempt at a space marine sergeant, I tried to achieve a more natural skin tone but I still have a lot to learn. I did notice come the end of this mini that I had improved some techniques so I'm excited to start my next. This was my first real attempt at freehand this size. I usually avoid banners because I have little faith in my art skills. The gold was painted using snakebite leather and GW inks with advice from Justin AKA DVS design so thanks for that. I think with a bit more tweaking I can achieve a better result. Big thank you to Banshee who has really helped me out with some great advice, I'm still nowhere near happy with this result but every model I hope i'm improving.
