This is a normal "Dogs of War" Ogre from GW. A little Green Stuff a few Bitz from the Box and now I use it for Mortheim (Mordheim).

I think the shading is well done. Perhaps a bit more highlighting, particularly on the trunk would help. I find the background a bit distracting, myself

The ogre is probably an 8 but the little green guy behind him needs much deeper shading to match.
