Dark Angels Acolytes Tactical Squad WIP
Dark Angels Acolytes Tactical Squad [WIP] These are the first seven of a ten-man tactical squad for my DA successor chapter, The Acolytes. I opted for a muted olive green/warm ivory/dark grey scheme to retain the classic DA feel whilst avoiding the â??Christmas Angelsâ?? look and customised one or two of the more prominent figures. This is the first full unit Iâ??ve ever assembled/painted since starting the hobby a few months ago having originally messed around with odd figs from eBay. Every figure, bar Deathwing, will be robed and the chapter as a whole will be heavy on the heraldic/gothic imagery â?? hence the two back banners (one for each combat squad). Think: Guardians of the Covenant without the kitschy maroon and silver. Comments and constructive criticism welcome.
