Hello Pelenuar. I will try to give some good tips for you to use to improve your painting technique, although I am not a great painter myself! First tip is tidy up your brushwork, your lines need to be more precise and even. Secondly make sure that the hidden areas of the mini are darker and the more exposed upper parts are highlighted. You have highlighted a recess around the shoulder pad which should be in shadow. Next up - photography. Use more balanced light. The light is quite harsh and does not enhance the mini. If you go to the gallery and click on the top twenty please look at the photography they have done - you will see how balanced it is showing the painted mini without areas being too dark or too much light. Basing. Take the time to base your miniature with scenics, rocks, grass, whatever. It will give the mini a nice finish. There are many examples of great bases in the galleries. These tips should help you improve your painting skills, so good luck with the next one and keep on painting! dfb
