Inquisitor Demonhuntress

Once I saw demonhuntress for Inquisitor, I decided to make similar mini for Wh40. I used Eldar body as a base. I took right arm from High elf archer sprue and left was taken from the knights of the white wolves. I used some green stuff to make her legs more armoured and added some armour plates from empire soldier regiment. The head was taken from dark eldar sprue but I cut off hair from it. Then I used green stuff to make her new hairstyle. I decided to equip her with bolt pistol and halabard ( to standard pole I attached skaven blade and eagle from high elves spearmen regiment). To finish the model I added auspex with empire symbol as a backpack and small piece of armour from undead horsemen box. Then, using green stuff I made few purity seals. Once the mini was painted I decided to made her a small diorama with some fresco on the wall. To paint that angel I took inspiration from Hans Memling's final judgment. It took me about an hour to paint it, thats why it might look a little bit funny. Huuuuh. That all. All comments are welcomed.

Very, very cool! The painting is a pleasant surprise in a display base, and the conversion is cool. The face - I had to laugh, with the haircut she looks very similar to NZ's current Prime Minister Helen Clarke :) .

Great conversion work and base. Have to agree somewhat with the comments on her face however... Darn she looks like she's had a tough life! I don't think this is a bad thing tho and think its refreshing to see a female mini modelled with average looks.

I think I might just "borrow" that 'auspex as backpack' idea. Excellent job. If I have one complaint, it's that her face is insufficiently feminine - possibly a chauvanistic remark, but I think it's important to emphasize femininity on the (tabletop) battlefield because it's so rare.
