Thanks for the comment. This was really a test mini for me. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out for trying out some many new things on it. I still have a hard time making my self spend a lot of time and effort on the eyes..lol. I really should do them better. I also agree that I could have done the hair better as well. The Sculpt is not the best, but I did not help it much. I'm pretty please with the wings. They have the anime feel I was going for. I've been able to get a very smooth and rich blend with the paint/ink mix on some bone/tan work on some Banshees. Maybe one day I'll get pics up of them. It really came out great!

Whoa! And I thought I painted with pastels. She's so bright and nice at the same time. The stone base looks good to me. And I like the the leather highlights on her pants. It gives her a nice sci-fi feel alright. But the darklining on her hair seems broken up (not sure if it's the sculpt) and is a bit distracting. Her eyes could use an outline on top to seperate her eye from her skin (not easy, I know).
And I've never really used inks this way, but cause of it, it looks a tad sloppy on the edges like dried water marks. I don't think there's enough shades on her wings, but the shades are well placed on the wings.
