I would give the cloak a 9-10. the figure itself a 7-8. The sword however, does not work in any way, shape or form. Repaint that sword, because it is horrible, and you will have a very fine mini.
Great job technically on the SENMM for painting. You have got the technique down great.
Your lighting sources though are off however. I cant tell if your lighting is from the top right downwards or bottom left upwards.
Your horizontal SENMM shows a light source shining downwards from the top right. This would cause the white prtions to be pointed down at the angle you show.
Yet your Vertical SENMM shows a light sorce from the bottom. This would be the only explaination for the light on the inside of the leg and the covered portion of the breastplate.
Keep your light sorces all in one direction and I think you'll do alot better! :)
