Thanks for the constructive comments, these are some of my first minis to put up and wasn't sure about them. Thanks for the tips i'll try thinning down the paint a bit more didn't realise my friend's camera could pick out so much. Cheers anyway
just a few points to get you 6+ ratings as i can see my own painting in your minis... infact your bases are better than mine. i would water down your paint a bit more before adding it to the model, especialy on the rims of the armour, a little goes a long way especialy when the camera blows it up to 10X its original size. your highlighting takes too big steps [a mistake i make too] but if you get some Badab black wash and just do round the detail it will do a nice job of hiding it :P the last thing is you should have picked out the skull on the base and eldar helmet. keep at it!
