my first mini i paint, pl comment and if u want give some tips :)
I dont mean to be rude, but just because its his first mini it doesnt mean it looks better. There is alot to learn from here on. No other way than practice. I like the cable attempt. Not too well executed but good theori. The loincloth is also on the right path and some of the rust effects are good aswell. All in all below tabletop standard. But I havnt seen anyone, painting their first mini ever and starting off higher than tabletop.
Doesn't look bad for a first mini! But definitely use more water and dilute your paint more... Really not easy at the beginning but after few small successes you will feel that it is a quite good technique and you will swear by it! Good painting to you WaaaghBoss!
