Lord of Change - Greater Demon of Tzeentch

In my opinion even unconverted the best Greater Demon model ever produced by GW, if it was not for the ghastly staff-top. After a bit of rummaging through my picture-books, I have found an ancient design of the tzeentch symbol drawn by the brilliant Ian Miller in an old Realm of Chaos tome by GW called "The Lost and the Damned". I liked that one so much that I decided trying to sculpt it, which I think was a good idea in the end. The pose was altered radically to make the demon appear to be "lifting-off". I have also carved out the inside of the mouth and sculpted a tongue, because the original one simply looks boring.

excellent, even now that they did change the staff top..... love the use of the glass doll's eye as well, freaky weird! in a good way.... The only thing I would comment on is the yellow of the robes, they could do with another highlight or 2 imho...but all in all good piece1
