Pre Heresy Space Wolves Lord Ragnar Blackmane with Wolf
This is part of an army that I've been working on for awhile. The Ragnar model has been extensively "Green Stuffed". All of his hair and both of his ears were sculpted by me. The fur around his shoulders was added to and expanded and the repositioning of the right arm so it looks as though he's following through a cut while charging forward. The wolf started out as a chaos warhound and after once again extensive "Green Stuff" work it's what you see. The entire head was added to and resculpted to give it a more lupine feel, while the addition of the upper front teeth and gums keep it from looking like it had a cleft palette. The ears were also added in to give it the same look from the SW art-work found in the Codex. The shoulders were bulked up and expanded, fur was added down its flanks, and then the tail was comepletely sculpted by hand.
