For such a superb example of painitng I find it really difficult to criticise, but there is something going awry with the face in particular the eyes. The flesh seems to lack the 'realism' you have created with the rest of the mini, stylistically non-coherent. I would need to see the sculpt to understand what is happening with the eyes but imho I think the contrast is too severe. Please accept my comment as constructive :)
