Aw, he's so cute! Nice job on the mushrooms, I love the shading. The base looks nice too, good balance of grass and rocks. A little more shading on the snotling would be nice. Don't try to use white and black to mix your highlight and shade. Instead, use yellow for the highlight and a dark blue for the shadow.
