Imperial Guard Commissar
This guys was part of an Inquisition theme army I was working on. I decided to have some fun by putting a 'requisitioned' chain axe in his hand. :-) Also, I wanted to work in some greens in his sleeves, etc. I had been doing lots of burgundy accents on the insides of coats and cloaks, so thus was fun as well.
