I've been converting this for 11 months almost ready to paint, I've added on the standard to make it stand out for golden daemon looking forward to painting it soon! Orc warboss on war boar conversion based on the codex for golden demon 2012. Spent about 25 hours converting this changing the boar and making the orc war boss as big as possible. Personally, I would give him a bigger shield. The one you have looks to puny for such a large ork and it would balance the axe side. Make the axe handle a bit longer and add this chain on the tip - it should not be difficult (compared to time already spent) and it is a nice touch.
