Finish the base, and cleaner painting will increase your ratings, perhaps have a look at a colour wheel to see what works together and what clashes. Painting the pouch and sword green as well just makes it look like you were too lazy to change paint
I like to switch greens and purples as long as they keep contrasting each other. Eg. my guardians have purple shoulderpads and green bodyarmor. As to spirit stones, I prefer to paint it to colors which contrast both green and purple. Red, blue and turquoise are fine)
