You have worked hard on thi, i am very impressed :> I can see the effort you have put into the Gem and the metal work, also the colour choice is good. A final highligh aon the flesh using a lighter shade would look good IMO, keep up the good work!

I really like the color scheme. The main area to work on would be thinning your paints a little and trying to get smoother shading and hilight. You may find that you can get that much easier by using 3 or 4 layers of very thin paint (graduating in tone) rather than the 2 it looks like you're using.
