Your base looks great, nice job! Your dry brushing is really rough though. Try dry-brushing on less contrasting colors, and do it in several layers, until you get the desired brightness. That way you don't have such a harsh transition (his pants could really benefit from trying this). You've done a really good job picking out the metal studs on his tunic, and the details in general are good. His eyes need a little more definition. I wanted to give you a 6, but I noticed that there's some metal showing through the black paint on his cloak. But like I said before, great job on the base, and he would be welcome on my table any time! :)
