Amber With Dragon (Reaper)

Having trouble with new camera (figure halo caused by adjusting color--figure was way too yellow). Any suggestions on how to do background image/color?

What I mostly do is use piece of paper, put the mini on the paper and put the paper against some object to let one side stand upright and the when you make the photo the mini is surrounded with white.

If you're using incandescent lighting (regular bulbs), you'll need a filter for your camera lens. If you go to the camera store (know your model, or bring it with you) and tell them you need a blue filter for incandescent light, they'll show you what it is. If your lens won't take filters (some digitals won't), you can still use it, but you'd have to tape or wire it on, or hold it in front of the lens while you take the picture. It will help get the yellow cast out of all your indoor photos. I might suggest using a variety of different backgrounds. Take one photo with each different color (get some construction paper or tshirts of different colors) and see which one looks best. Personally, I'd recommend a red or maroon shade, since your mini is al green and yellow and blue. That's the one color that's missing from the spectrum.
