I think the overall colours and accuracy are good, this is a very tidy miniature and you clearly have some skill and an eye for colour. However, the miniature is let down by an overall lack of contrast so it looks, particularly around the yellow areas, as if you haven't applied any shadows or shading to the base coat. Similarily, the darkest areas of the purple cloak should be almost black. Take a look round at the 8, 9 and 10 scorer's on the site and compare their painting to yours and you'll see the difference in tone and contrast immediately. My advice would be to prime a test model in white and then apply a wash of very dark brown or black all over the model and see how the detail immediately jumps out at you even on smooth areas. You could then use that as a basis for your base coats and subsequent shading/highlight. To me you have the potential to very quickly be a consistent 7 or 8 painter, keep it up and I look forward to your next mini.

Try asking for advice in forum. People on this are always willing to help but not so much in galleries
