Really good job. The "swampy" aspect is cool, but perhaps can be better for a ranger than for a halfling, but I suppose that he is an halfling ranger (in this way, perhaps the cloak can be more logic in dark blue or green ?). However that may be, in normal time, I'll note this 7 or 8/10, but this is a 10/10 for balance the incomprehensible 4,4/10 that you have at this time...!
